The 2012 26th Anniversary Festival

The 2012 26th Annual La Jolla Festival of the Arts takes place June 23 & 24 in beautiful coastal San Diego county.  The Festival features nearly 200 fine artists from the USA, Mexico, and Israel.  You meet the artists, develop relationships, and buy directly from them.  With our move back to the turf on the UCSD campus, "the La Jolla" offers fine art, music, and entertainment in a relaxed, open-space environment that encourages you to spend the whole day!  The La Jolla Festival of the Arts is a non-profit organization that raises funds to support sports and recreation programs for San Diegans with disabilities.

If you are an artist, please read the "Artists Only" page under the Artist Info tab.

Events

The La Jolla Festival of the Arts is more than visual entertainment.  You'll hear regionally-popular bands that cover jazz, rock, swing, and zydeco.  Meet authors and cooking celebrities. You might win a great door prize or bid on silent auction pieces donated by the artists. Our food court is really one-step up from what you expect! Enjoy chalk art painted by aspiring young madonnari. It's all at "the La Jolla."

The purpose of the La Jolla Festival of the Arts is to raise funds that support sports and recreation programs for San Diegans with disabilities. Some of the programs include adaptive snow skiing, karate, wheelchair road racing, camping, wheelchair tennis, water skiing, quadriplegic rugby, therapeutic horseback riding, and art and education programs. We also fund rehabilitative programs for disabled veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. More...
